About My Journey

Over 25 years ago, I took an introductory massage class and I knew that it would be my life calling. My first experience giving a massage felt so natural to me and it was calmingly familiar, like coming home. Soon after, I moved to Sedona, AZ from San Diego, CA where my true journey began. I enrolled in massage school at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies where I received exemplary training from the most renowned pioneers in the field of massage therapy.

My training began with a firm foundation in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Reflexology. After decades of practice, my expertise expanded from that foundation with trainings in Connective Tissue Work, Shiatsu, NMT, Hydrotherapy, Lomi-Lomi Massage, Hot Stones Massage and Polarity Therapy. I was so inspired by this work that I chose to expand as a professional so that I could further deepen my knowledge base and teach this valuable skill by completing the Teacher Training Course through the Arizona School of Integrative Studies.

The Massage and Healing I Offer

I have an innate and intuitive nature for body work and because of this, I am able to sense where the pain is and target the area with skill and expertise for the greatest benefit during your session. I am guided to the places where there is stuck energy and, in this way, I help you to release the blockage, allowing you to come into your body on a deeper level. Perhaps most importantly, I cultivate a safe and nourishing environment in which you can truly relax, renew, and experience profound healing.

Peaceful Surroundings

Each massage session is a custom experience based on an evaluation of your needs at the beginning of the session. I offer a blend of modalities that incorporates hot and cold therapy depending on your needs. Carefully selected therapeutic grade essential oil specific for body and spirit relaxation can be integrated into your session for an additional fee. I also offer as an add on to your treatment Photon Light Therapy, which is a powerful treatment to target the difficult areas of the body that cause discomfort and pain. I take pride in my work and have a true passion for helping people to delve into deep relaxation and healing.
